Position Description and Job Skill Set

Description of the job functions the contractor will be expected to perform.

This position is a functional analyst support role on the SAP Employee Central Payroll Functional Team. The selected person will support implementation and post go-live support efforts. This role will likely include the following duties:

• Participate in payroll comparison analysis; determine reasons for discrepancies between results of legacy system and Employee Central Payroll system
• Conduct & participate in on-site end user training by assisting students with exercises and taking notes of questions/parking lot items
• Participate in post go-live end user support
• Test solutions to defects
• Assisting team with any other related duties

Required Skills/Experience

• The applicant must have experience with payroll as a user or a systems analyst.
• Has strong organizational skills
• Is detail oriented
• Has excellent customer support skills
• Can troubleshoot issues
• Has excellent communication skills (diplomatic, persuasive, respectful, and clear)

Operating Systems

• Experience with SAP Employee Central Payroll
• SAP Payroll Control Centre (PCC)
• Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) Quality Centre
• Writing/reviewing test scripts
