We are now accepting resume for our Investment Operations Assistant. The ideal candidate for this role will have the skills and experience necessary to fulfill the following responsibilities and qualifications:

• Responsible for providing customer service, clerical and administrative support to clients and investment staff.
• Interacts with customers to handle inquires, solve any operational issues, or answer any related questions as required.
• Responsible for processing transactions, new accounts, transfers, and orders.
• Ensure that any account opened has the necessary and required information.
• Maintains customer and compliance files.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

• Requires High School Degree or Equivalent and 4 yrs experience in administrative and office support functions, client interaction or other directly related experience.
• Broad Advanced knowledge of office or administrative functions, investment, banking and/or departmental products.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with internal and external clients.
• Advanced problem resolution and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Advanced knowledge of company products/services and ability to respond to most inquiries in a timely manner.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software and other related business software.
• Ability to process, audit and review client information.
