Responsibilities

  • Graduate from PLACE Agent Launch
  • Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
  • Conduct two open houses monthly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers
  • Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology

Qualifications

Job Qualifications:

  • Driven Sales Professional: You possess a natural drive and a competitive spirit. Sales isn't just what you do; it's part of who you are.
  • Relationship Builder: Your ability to connect with others, listen actively, and pinpoint solutions is top-notch. Building strong relationships is second nature to you.
  • Expert in Prospecting: You excel in lead generation and prospecting, making these critical tasks your areas of strength.

  • Communication Pro: Your communication skills are exceptional, both in writing and speech, ensuring clear and effective interactions.

  • Experienced and Licensed: You are a licensed real estate professional with either three years of real estate sales experience or at least 12 listings closed in the past two years.
  • Eager Learner: You are committed to growth and learning, willing to absorb new knowledge, including scripts and dialogues that enhance client interactions.
  • Organized and Efficient: Your organizational skills are impeccable, complemented by excellent time management abilities, ensuring productivity and effectiveness in all tasks.
