Getting the Job Done:

·Provide guests and team members withprofessional, efficient, courteous and genuine hospitality

·Enthusiastically greets guests and properlychecks them in; advising the guest on hotel amenities and local points ofinterest.

·Possesses strong computer skills andadaptability to learning new systems.

·Anticipates guest’s needs and offers servicesprior to the guest asking.

·Maintain the image of the hotel by appearingpresentable and well groomed.

·Manages guest’s concerns appropriately andresolves issues to the guest’s satisfaction keeping business objectives inmind.

·Maintains an organized work area and ensuresfollow up is done as needed with both the guest and team member until issuesare resolved

·As the primary guest contact, show patienceand a willingness to help and support the guests with their requests.

·Be aware of the Guest Service Scores andunderstand role ensuring guest satisfaction.

·Attends all mandatory meetings and timelycompletes all required training.

Experience for Success:

·Previous Front Desk experience a plus

·High school diploma or equivalent

·Experience in customer service

·Desire to work in a fast paced andinteractive environment

·Strong written and communication skills,additional language a plus
