Job Description:

We are the second-largest campus in the system of CHCP schools and are extremely proud to serve as the premier Allied Health Career College in the City of Fort Worth and Tarrant County.

The Phlebotomy, Patient Care Tech, EKG Instructor position is vital to the success of our students. A successful instructor has a passion for helping people, a desire to share their professional experience through educating others, is patient, demonstrates compassion for outside factors impacting student success and provides an excellent student experience 100% of the time. CHCP prides itself in maintaining a family orientated environment that encourages instructors to use their unique professional experiences and innovative teaching strategies to create engaging learning activities. 

Your responsibilities will include hands-on skills training, soft skills training, learning assessments, grading, attendance taking, tutoring, developing and delivering engaging classroom/lab activities, preparation for class, weekly feedback to students about progress, and outreach to absent students.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Graduate from a program in the field of study
  • Current Certification/License
  • Minimum of 4 years of practical work experience in the field of study (Phlebotomy, Patient Care Multi-skilled Tech, EKG)
  • Previous teaching experience a plus but not required
