The Server role in The Coach House is built for a person that exudes professionalism, personability, and warmth in their work. The Coach House actively avoids making guests feel like they're participating in a stuffy dining environment, and like they are truly welcomed with open arms into a fun and vibrant space.
The person in this position will be guest-facing, supporting in the setup and breakdown of service and dining room each night, participate in pre-shifts to discuss any pertinent information for that evening's dining experience, and most importantly, maintain a high level of knowledge regarding the food that is being served and prepared via our several tasting menus (5-course, 8-course, guest chef evenings), as well as our curated wine list.
Strong knowledge of wine and service is required.
