Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant
This position is best for someone who is outgoing, kind, familiar with the principles of hospitality, learns quickly, and works well in a fast-paced environment. Since this person is the first and last contact guests have with the restaurant, they must project and reinforce our image and values. Must not be afraid to SMILE. Must have knowledge of reservation management systems, i.e. Open Table, Resy, Sevenrooms
