Blackhawk St. Chicago, IL 60642COMPANY:Since 1988, Goose Island Beer Co., Chicago's original craft brewery, has been shaping the craft beer scene here in Chicago and beyond.In the spring of 2024, we will be opening our new brewpub location next to the Salt Shed – an exciting waterfront dining and entertainment destination. The Goose Island Pub at the Salt Shed will offer a unique beer and culinary experience with a skyline-backed riverfront patio, alongside Chicago's best new music venue, which hosts 200 concerts and events each year. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and high-quality dishes and are seeking talented new members to contribute to the success of our new location. This is an exciting new opportunity to play a pivotal role in the culinary operations of our establishment.

Requirements:

• At least one year's experience serving
• Available for a minimum of 15 hours per week
• Must be available on weekends and holidays
• Possess current, or be able to procure within 30 days of hire, Food Service Sanitation certification from an ANSI-approved program and Illinois Basset Certification
