The Club at Sonterra is looking for a professional, personable Receptionist to join a dynamic team!
POSITION DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The Receptionist is the first and last impression of the club experience for the Members and he/she is responsible for greeting members/guests with a smile. The receptionist will act as an extension of the Member Relations, Membership, and Private Event departments in obtaining prospective Member & Guest referrals. He/ She will greet and direct Members and guests to proper area by name when possible, answer the telephone promptly and courteously and direct all calls to the appropriate departments. Answer inquiries and provide knowledge of club policies, events and facility. Manage Dining & Event Reservations via phone and email. Assist with various administrative duties and projects (Lost & Found, Office Supplies, Mail Outs, etc.), Assist with creation of Employee Newsletter and Promotional Event Materials. Converse with Members and guests. The ideal candidate will be outgoing and friendly, but professional.

WORK EXPERIENCE
One year experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Professional, Concierge or Customer Service Agent in a guest oriented environment.
EDUCATION
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
PERFORMANCE STANDARDS
Interpersonal skills, attention to detail, planning and organizational ability, being able to multitask, Microsoft Office Experience, dependable, personable with high energy, self-motivated, driven and professional, golf knowledge is preferred. Knowledge of Publisher and Canva preferred.
