Smoker Friendly is seeking candidates for Assistant Manager and Cashiers in Collierville, TN. Applicants must by 21 years of age to apply.

Assistant Managers are responsible for every aspect of store operations in the absence of the Store Manager including but not limited to:

• Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
• Assisting in the recruiting, training, developing and scheduling of personnel
• Assisting in covering all shifts to ensure the store is open during business hours
• Complying with all security and cash handling policies and procedures
• Following and enforcing all company policies, procedures and assisting Store Manager with all other duties as assigned
• Reports directly to Store Manager
• Must be available 40 hours per week including nights and weekends
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to stand at least eight (8) hours per day and lift 30 lbs.

Cashiers must operate the store professionally and positively and are responsible for duties with the direction of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager including but not limited to:

• Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
• Exhibiting product knowledge to effectively answer customers questions
• Complying with all security and cash handling policies and procedures
• Remaining at the front of the store during business hours
• Daily duties may include sweeping, mopping, dusting, and cleaning
• Reports to Store Manager and Assistant Manager
• Must be available to work scheduled hours including nights and weekends
• Must have reliable transportation, must be able to stand for entire shift and lift 30 lbs.
