Our mission is to be a safe haven for at-risk children and families. We are looking for driven, adaptable individuals who desire to use their skills for the greater good. We provide training for our employees in trauma-informed care in accordance with the Sanctuary Institute.
At the Children’s Home of Lubbock, we are a team of unique individuals, but we work together in creative collaboration to provide quality care that transforms the lives of at-risk children and their families through the active compassion of Christ.

Type: Full time
Position Purpose: Live-In role, preparing young women ages 18-21 who have aged out of foster care to prepare for adulthood, including obtaining employment, life skills, educational goals, and drivers license.

General Qualifications for All Employees of The Young adult’s Home of Lubbock:
Qualified Applicants must be at least 21 years of age (per State contract requirements) and meet licensing standards in regard to drug testing, a physical, tuberculosis screening, fingerprinting/criminal background check.
Applicants must submit the last five years of employment history.
