Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director to oversee our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and possess excellent leadership skills. As the Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel, providing exceptional guest services, and maximizing revenue through effective management strategies.

Responsibilities:

• The Director of Outlets is responsible for providing direction and executing operational processes & procedures across the hotel. This role supports the Hotel AGM and Hotel GM in all outlets to include; outlet F&B standards, initiatives, and results such as; compliance of the Core Restaurant Concepts,
• Have oversight of 4 total outlets and an annual revenue of $15-16 million

Qualifications:

• MUST have strong organizational skills and be able to lead a strong well developed team of managers
• Must have experience with overseeing multiple outlets- hotel or restaurant
• Strong sense of hospitality and guest service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $105,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
