This role is within CGI's Customer Experience and Technical Support function. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) Provide ongoing, daily support to external and internal customers, spanning all CGI product lines and (ii) Utilize CRM solutions to initiate and process customer cases, and create and maintain reports.

Education requirements include : High School Diploma; Experience requirements include : 2-3 years Customer Care experience.

Customer Care Associate II Essential Duties :

  • Provide ongoing, daily support to external and internal customers, spanning all CGI product lines
  • Utilize CRM solutions to initiate and process customer cases, and create and maintain reports
  • Provide product information, pricing and availability
  • Provide ongoing support of Inside and Outside Sales team
  • Follow-up with customers regarding the status of their open orders and relay shipping information
  • This position requires regular and predictable on-site attendance and the ability to work the particular shift and / or schedule to which you are assigned, as well as additional hours as needed.
  • Protect CGI's reputation by keeping information confidential
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed

Customer Care Associate II Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Preferred Qualifications - Some College, SAP, Salesforce Service Cloud, Microsoft Outlook experience
