The Catching Group is a Hospitality Management Group based in Miami, FL, and it owns and manages two full-service restaurant brands : 107 Taste and Cajun Boil.
Both brands operate in several locations in the Greater Miami area.
Introduction :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to join our team and oversee multiple restaurant locations.
If you have a passion for the hospitality industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing multiple restaurants, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple restaurant locations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Implement and maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction across all locations.
- Hire, train, and manage restaurant staff.
- Monitor and control operational costs and expenses to maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute business plans and objectives.
Job Type : Full-time
Job Pay : $90k-110k / year
Benefits :Schedule : 8-10 hour shift
Work Location : Several locations
