The Carlson Law Firm is one of the largest firms of our type in Texas and still growing. We are seeking an experienced inbound call center Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our growing Killeen team and help us deliver excellent service to our team, clients and community. If you are caring, detail-oriented and a self-starter, this could be the job for you.

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing Signature Customer Service to both external and internal callers.

Key Job Responsibilities:

· Answer incoming calls

· Assist with online chatting with potential new clients

· Data Entry

· Follow-up with online website inquiries

· Taking payments

· Assist with front desk duties

Education, Skills and Work Experience Requirements:

· High school education or equivalent

· 3-5 years of work experience in administration, customer service or related fields

· Basic understanding of computers and ability to learn software systems

· Able to work with minimal supervision

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Customer service oriented

· Great phone skills/voice

· Attention to detail

· Motivated

· Dependable

· Bilingual (English/Spanish)
