THE CAMP TRANSFORMATION CENTER SAN DIEGO is Hiring a Customer Care and Sales Representative Near San Diego, CA

Full Job Description

  • The Camp Transformation Center was founded in 2010 and has quickly grown to 110 locations. We are looking for a Customer Care Representative who are team players, highly energetic, positive, and professional to be a part of our Camp San Diego Team. Job duties include, but not limited to:

  • Deliver first class hospitality to clients at all times by greeting, assisting, and checking in customers; responding to inquiries in-person, on the phone, and via e-mail; and working quickly and efficiently in the company’s business management software to register clients, process payments, and maintain database information up to date.
  • Work with team members across departments, including instructors, to ensure efficiency in delivering an exceptional customer experience, and creating a welcoming, positive atmosphere.
  • Take initiative and be proactive in handling complex client inquiries and delivering custom solutions to meet individual client needs
  • Be familiar with all programs and products with a focus on sales
  • Complete opening/ closing procedures such as: Setting up computer systems, processing paperwork, checking bathrooms, stocking shelves etc....
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and office.
  • Maintain product knowledge for all studio retail operations and marketing initiatives.
  • Assist The Camp Directors with clerical work, daily studio tasks and other projects as necessary.
  • Shift Time- 4:30am to 9:30am

  • Outstanding Customer Service skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain constructive and cooperative long-term interpersonal relationships with clients, peers, and supervisors.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to enthusiastically communicate with various functions at multiple levels in the organization both in-person, over the phone and in writing.
  • Strong discipline, performer, management skills
  • Ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proven dependability and reliability.
  • Friendly, outgoing personality and can-do, optimistic attitude.
  • Excellent relationship building skills with a demonstrated ability to quickly develop trust
  • Spanish Speaker (Preferred)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
