Responsibilities
● Prepare beverages for bar and restaurant patrons while controlling pour costs
● Interact with customers and make recommendations based on preferences
● Check identification and verify age requirements
● Maintain the cleanliness of the bar and restock inventory as needed
● Keep a pulse on trends in the beverage industry
Requirements
● At least 6 months of proven experience as a bartender
● Understanding of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
● Excellent cash handling skills
● Fantastic interpersonal skills
● Warm, friendly, outgoing personality
● Ability to stand for long periods of time
● Ability to lift at least 40 pounds
