Job Description
Help us run bar service smoothly! As an important assistant to the bartender, you’ll keep
our bar fully stocked, set up prep stations, cut garnishes and break down the bar after
closing. This is a crucial support role for our bar team.
Responsibilities
● Respond quickly to the needs of restaurant and bar staff
● Support bartender in taking guest orders
● Ensure the bar is stocked with glassware, garnishes and product at all times
● Change kegs, stock wine and spirits, refill juices and syrups
● Keep bar top and back bar clean throughout service, wiping any spills or
discarding waste immediately
● Prepare mixes and garnishes
● Wash and polish glassware throughout shift
Requirements
● Fast and efficient
● Strong problem solving skills
● Ability to bend and lift at least 50 pounds
● 21 years of age
● High School Diploma preferred
● Passion for creating an enjoyable guest experience
● Be an active listener and value teamwork
