The Project Associate is Responsible for:

  • Project Planning: aids in the development of detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules, ensuring all aspects of the project are organized in conformance with timeline and deliverables requirements.
  • Project Tracking: Helps monitor project tasks and maintain progress and achievement of milestones per the project plan.
  • Resource Management: Manages and monitors resources effectively to boost project efficiency and maximize deliverables output.
  • Administrative Support: provides the Project Management team with administrative support across a wide variety of projects, including but not limited to:
    • Creation of project briefs, meeting agendas, presentations, and recap notes
    • Meeting and call scheduling
    • Program participant registration and list management and tracking
    • Logging appropriate call recordings and saving files
    • Creation of project checklists and data recording
    • Placing program material orders
  • Communication:
    • Maintains daily operational communication with Project Managers and collaborative teams. Provides regular, ongoing status reports.
    • Report project risks and outcomes to appropriate management channels and escalates issues according to project work plan.
  • Technical Project Management:
    • Maintains responsibility for file management, dissemination of programmatic and team information, and contributes to TBG knowledge, tools, and approaches.
    • Supports project tasks and transfer related to TBG’s online learning management system, BrooksUP.
    • Coordinates the management of materials assembly, printing, and shipping.
    • Updates file management systems with key project documents and information.
    • Assists with the coordination of travel logistics and activities related to program delivery.
  • Supports the department’s achievement and tracking of key performance targets.
  • Maintains knowledge of products and their associated production tasks.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal language skills.
  • Demonstrated ability in computer skills for word processing, databases, spreadsheets, and presentations and ability to learn new software.
  • Proven competence to assess priorities and manages a variety of activities in a time sensitive environment and meet deadlines with high attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as an effective and supportive team member.
  • Exceptional organization skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact professionally, positively, and nimbly within a growth-focused environment.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in a professional setting
