Learn more about Broadmoor here.What you will be doing:Ensures that all equipment is clean, maintained and operational, including: power washer, people mover, FLASH equipmentEnsures all Departmental vehicles are fueled, clean and maintained.Ensures vehicles are up to date on services and oil changesDropping off and picking up vehicles from dealershipsAssists with lock out vehiclesAssists with flat tire repairs, mounting spare tires, or inflating tires to proper levelsAssists with jump starting guest and employee vehiclesAssists with traffic flow and revenue collection during parking eventsCleans, sweeps and keeps stairwells debris freeOversees emptying of all trash dispensersEnsures that signage is maintained and replaced when wornChecks lights and reports any maintenance and or safety concernsReports any security issues/concerns to Loss PreventionCleans windows and doors on a regular basisAssists during winter to ensure that snow removal is conducted in Garage entries and exitsUtilizes the ground sweeper to keep overall cleanliness of GarageSchedules and completes power washing of the Garage, on bi-annual basis or as neededChecks for oil stains and immediately removes them to maintain overall appearance and safetyMaintains proper cleaning suppliesWashes guest cars as requestedPerforms all other duties, as assignedWillingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentUphold and abide by all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelinesOther duties as assignedThis is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, duties, requirements, or working conditions associated with the job.
