Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned cases
- Complete thorough investigation into steps that need to be completed for each case
- Communicate with clients related to any information and documents required for their cases
- Delegate tasks accordingly to members of the Asylum Team to assist your efforts towards case completion
- Provide explanation of case status to clients when requested
- Keep track of hearings related to assigned cases
- Organize online tracking systems with case information and updates
- Communicate with the principal and associate attorneys about case status in relation to upcoming hearings
Skills:
- Knowledge of immigration practices and processes
- Familiarity with Asylum processes
- Proficiency in Google Suites
- Ability to effectively manage time sensitive situations and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members
