Job Responsibilities:

Engage in friendly and sincere communication with guests, providing updates on food -

Collaborate with other service and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and prompt operations, ensuring guests receive their food quickly and accurately.

Handle monetary transactions on a daily basis, promptly and accurately providing guests with correct change while maintaining a cheerful demeanor.

Serve dishes to guests, demonstrating careful and responsible food handling.

Deliver a friendly and attentive dining experience to every guest, upholding our restaurant's hospitality standards.

Receive weekly orders, ensuring order accuracy, and assist in unloading and correctly storing incoming shipments.

Assist in food preparation in the kitchen as required during specific shifts.

Train other employees through a shadow-style training program, familiarizing them with standard practices and procedures.

Job Skills & Qualifications:

Required:

Excellent teamwork skills

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects

Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with diverse individuals

Thorough knowledge of the menu

Passion for creating memorable dining experiences

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Close collaboration with the service team

Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of dining areas and service equipment

Preferred:

Completion of food handling examination prior to applying

Completion of RBS examination prior to applying

Minimum of 2 years of serving experience
