Hours:

• This is a full time position. Schedule 5:30AM-1:00PM Sunday - Thursday

Compensation:

• Starting hourly rate range of $23.22 - $29.42 based on previous experience

Duties Include:

• General duty and supervisory cooking work that oversees the planning, coordination and direction of resident meals
• Supervise food service and the cleaning and maintenance of kitchen and equipment
• Train and instruct new employees in kitchen duties
• Direct the work of a small group of cooks and kitchen workers.

Requirements:

• Associate degree in Culinary Arts
• Experience in Food Management or related field
• Three years of experience in large kitchen operations or an equivalent combination of education, experience and training
• Valid Driver's license
• Candidates must pass a pre-employment medical exam and fitness assessment.
• Good work references
• Offers of employment are contingent upon the completion of a satisfactory criminal background check
