Duties you can expect:

• Supervise CNAs and others as instructed to ensure consistent and high quality care.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Assist with examinations.
• Review and interpret physician's orders, lab requests, and/or follow-up needs with residents.
• Follow-up with residents' family and/or physician's offices about their status, care, and/or treatments.
• Coordinate referrals and appointments with residents, residents' family, physicians' offices, and The Barrington's transportation services as necessary.
• Respond to residents' needs, especially in emergency situations, promptly, professionally, and compassionately.
