Job Posting: Monday-Friday QMA or CNA Position at The Barrington of Carmel
Position: QMA (Qualified Medication Aide) or CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant)
Location: The Barrington of Carmel
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shift between 3 PM - 7 PM (Flexible start and end times within this range)

Job Description: As a QMA or CNA at The Barrington of Carmel, you will join a compassionate team dedicated to delivering personalized care and assistance to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers (for QMAs).
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Supporting residents' mobility and ensuring their safety.
- Providing companionship and engaging residents in meaningful activities.
- Assisting with meal service and ensuring dietary preferences are accommodated.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of resident care activities.
Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed QMA (Qualified Medication Aide) or CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) in the state of [insert state].
