- Supervise CNAs and others as instructed to ensure consistent and high quality care.
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Assist with examinations.
- Review and interpret physician's orders, lab requests, and/or follow-up needs with residents.
- Follow-up with residents' family and/or physician's offices about their status, care, and/or treatments.
- Coordinate referrals and appointments with residents, residents' family, physicians' offices, and The Barrington's transportation services as necessary.
- Respond to residents' needs, especially in emergency situations, promptly, professionally, and compassionately.
- $4/hour weekend shift differential
- $2/hour night shift differential
