About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP for Financial Planning and Analysis to join their Corporate team. This role is pivotal in supporting the Chief Financial Officer across a range of financial activities, including planning, forecasting, and reporting. The successful candidate will be a key player in the company's succession pipeline for top finance leadership positions, both in the corporate and business units. Collaboration across functions and driving process improvement initiatives are essential, as is the ability to provide accurate financial planning, analysis, and reporting.The VP for Financial Planning and Analysis will be responsible for strategic analysis, synthesizing insights, and delivering targeted recommendations to senior management. This includes preparing board presentations, conducting forecasting and planning reviews, and engaging in industry and peer group comparisons. The role also involves supporting senior management with new business opportunities and ad-hoc projects, gathering and analyzing data to provide valuable insights for business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to communicate effectively and will play a critical part in the company's financial decision-making processes.
