We are currently seeking an experienced Fine Dining Restaurant Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, wine, and hospitality and have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in a fine dining setting.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and provide them with menus and beverage lists
• Take accurate orders and input them into the POS system
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally
• Provide menu and wine recommendations
• Ensure guests have a memorable dining experience
• Monitor guest needs and respond promptly and courteously
• Maintain a clean and organized dining room
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of food

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a fine dining restaurant server
• Knowledge of fine dining service standards and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Flexibility to work morning, weekends and holidays.
