Success Measures : Ninety (90) days :

Ninety (90) days :

• Have met with your top twenty dealers and contractors.
• Completed Product Training on all three product lines.
• Been trained on giving AIA presentations and Action Selling.

Six (6) Months :

• 10 Contractor Conversations
• 10 AIA Presentations

One (1) year :

• Exceed Sales Incentive Plan goal for sales and product line growth.
• Achieve pre-set revenue guidelines for conversation opportunities.
• Procure potential conversation opportunities in your pipeline exceeding 150% of your above goal.

Compensation for roles at AZEK varies depending on a wide range of factors including but not limited to the specific work location, role, skill set and level of experience.

The annual salary for this role is $73,000 to $89,000. In addition to base salary, we offer generous bonus and incentive opportunities that significantly increase earning potential.
