Growing Real Estate Luxury Apartment Developer is seeking a talented and experienced maintenance supervisor for their new luxury apartment lease up. Candidates should have at least 5-10 years of maintenance experience and preferably a few years in a supervisor role on apartments. Experience with HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry and managing a team is a plus and there is room for growth.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
