Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Classroom Teacher to join our team. As a Classroom Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students. You will develop and implement lesson plans, assess student progress, and provide guidance and support to students. Duties: - Create and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards - Utilize learning technology to enhance instruction and engage students - Provide individualized instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners - Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment - Manage classroom behavior and promote positive student interactions - Assess student progress through various methods, such as tests, projects, and presentations - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop educational programs and initiatives - Provide guidance and support to students in their academic and personal development - Mentor and educate students on important life skills - Collaborate with parents/guardians to address student needs and concerns Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's degree preferred) - Valid teaching certification/license - Experience working with students with autism or other special needs is highly desirable - Strong knowledge of math, literacy education, and classroom management techniques - Proficient in using learning technology tools and software - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents/guardians, and other stakeholders - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Attention to detail for proofreading instructional materials We offer competitive compensation based on qualifications and experience.
