Position: Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician, LCSW, LPC, LADC, LICSW, LMFTEmployment Type: Full timeLocation: Norwich, CTSalary: $70,000 - 100,000 Outstanding suite of benefitsThe ARRA Group, a boutique healthcare recruitment firm, has partnered with a well-regarded and well-known Connecticut healthcare system to hire a Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician  (LCSW, LPC, LADC, LICSW, LMFT) focused on improving the lives of their clients and their community.This Clinician opportunity is perfect for a candidate seeking more leadership experience for professional growth or someone looking to pass along their expertise and mentor a new generation of mental health clinicians.Responsibilities
  • Oversee the Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) alongside the Clinician Manager
  • Act as a resource for the BHC team regarding internalized and externalized child and adolescent conditions
  • Mentor and support therapists and counselors as needed; lead by example or evaluation and pro-actively engage through education and other resources
  • Assist with quality improvement projects and program development within the department
  • Through group therapy sessions, compassionately encourage patients and families to discuss emotions or experiences in a safe and encouraging space
Requirements
  • LCSW, LICSW, LMFT, LPC, or LADC in the state of Connecticut
  • Masters Degree Required
  • Experience working within psychiatry, including child and adolescent
  • Experience in group therapy treatment
  • Familiarity with supporting and supervising clinicians is a plus!
