Position: Lead Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician, LCSW, LPC, LMFTEmployment Type: Full timeLocation: Norwich, CTSalary: $70,000 - 104,000 Outstanding suite of benefitsThe ARRA Group, a boutique healthcare recruitment firm, has partnered with a well-regarded and well-known Connecticut healthcare system to seek a Lead Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician  (LCSW, LPC, LADC, LICSW, LMFT) focused on improving the lives of their clients and their community.This Lead Clinician opportunity is perfect for a candidate seeking more leadership experience for professional growth or someone looking to pass along their expertise and mentor a new generation of mental health clinicians.Responsibilities
  • Act as a resource for the Behavioral Health team, mentoring and supporting therapists and counselors as needed; lead by example or evaluation and pro-actively engage through education and other resources.
  • Assist with quality improvement projects and program development within the department.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' mental health status, psychosocial functioning, and treatment needs.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy, to address a range of psychiatric disorders and co-occurring conditions.
  • Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, case managers, and other clinical staff to coordinate care and promote a multidisciplinary approach to treatment.
Requirements
  • LCSW, LICSW, LMFT, LPC, or LADC in the state of Connecticut
  • Masters in Social Work Degree Required
  • Experience working within adult psychiatry
  • Familiarity with supporting and supervising clinicians is a plus!
