Position: Inpatient Behavioral Health Clinician LCSW, LPCEmployment Type: Full TimeLocation: Norwich, CTSalary:  $62,000 - $104,000 annual salaryThe ARRA Group, a boutique healthcare recruitment firm, has partnered with a renowned health system to hire a Licensed Behavioral Health Psychiatric Inpatient Clinician to join a dynamic team of professionals. The ideal candidate will hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree and possess licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Connecticut. This position requires a passion for helping individuals with mental health disorders and a solid commitment to delivering high-quality patient care within an inpatient psychiatric setting.Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' mental health status, psychosocial functioning, and treatment needs.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy, to address a range of psychiatric disorders and co-occurring conditions.
  • Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, case managers, and other clinical staff to coordinate care and promote a multidisciplinary approach to treatment.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in accordance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Connecticut.
  • Experience working with adolescents, adults, and older adults in an inpatient psychiatric setting.
  • Training in specialized treatment modalities or populations (e.g., substance use disorders, eating disorders, trauma therapy, gender identity, women’s health)
