The Arc Lexington is looking for a Residential Manager to provide care and support to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities who live in our homes. You will play a vital role in training, leading, and motivating our Direct Support Professionals while creating a nurturing environment where the people we support can thrive and achieve their goals. Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• One year of supervisory experience working directly with people with developmental and intellectual disabilities
• Valid NYS Driver's license with 2 years of experience

  • Based on home occupancy starting wages range from $30.50-$32.00 an hour
