Allure Rehabilitation Services is looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant to join the team at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Brooklyn, NY!

Physical Therapist Assistant Responsibilities
- Work under the supervision of a physical therapist to provide physical therapy services
- Treat residents as directed by the Physical Therapist and in accordance with the MD orders
- Record treatments in the medical record
- Assist with cleaning and maintenance of treatment area and department
- Communicate with Supervisor and other team members regarding resident progress, problems, and plans
- Instruct families and staff in maintenance or home exercise programs as directed by the Physical Therapist
Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements
- Degree from an Accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current, valid NYS license
- COVID-19 vaccination
Preferred
- Previous experience in post-acute/long-term care
