BANQUET SERVERS responsibilities include but are not limited to Demonstrating genuine hospitality and setting the stage for an exceptional dining experience by making every single guest feel welcome. Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Curate and deliver a food and beverage experience to our guests in a professional, caring, and timely manner.

• Ensure station and table set-ups are complete and perform various side duties as assigned by the Floor Supervisor.
• Maintain proper condition and cleanliness of dining and service areas.
• Keep all areas clean to avoid hindering operations.
• Provide the best Customer Service and always make a great client experience. 

• Self- Motivated.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• To work as a team player at all times and be prepared to be flexible to ensure that operations are always efficient and profitable as possible.
• To be aware of restaurant/company skills and standards, ensuring these are followed.
• To be responsive to any guest’s request.
• To inform managers of any complaints/comments/perceived issues.

• Ability to stand and walk on sometimes slippery surfaces for extended periods.
• Ability to twist, turn, push, pull, and reach down, forward, and overhead repetitively; Kneel, squat, stoop, and crouch frequently.

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent, BUT OPEN to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED.
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety rules.
• Must have proper catering attire.
