Job Summary:
The Proposal Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the development and submission of proposals, offering key administrative support to the Proposal Manager. Leveraging proficiency in MS Office, the coordinator is responsible for crafting compelling presentations, formulating work plans, and meticulously organizing proposal content. Additionally, the role involves generating computer graphics and effectively prioritizing various assignments.
Working collaboratively with both BD Team and Business Unit personnel, the Proposal Coordinator oversees the entire proposal development cycle. This includes ensuring alignment with company standards and best practices.
The coordinator is instrumental in streamlining the proposal review process, guiding the production of the final draft to ensure it meets high-quality standards. By closely collaborating with the Business Development Team and Business Unit personnel, the Proposal Coordinator contributes to the timely delivery of competitive proposals.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Rigorously proofread the proposal to eliminate any grammar, spelling, and typographical errors, ensuring a polished final product.
