We are a rapidly growing law practice that seeks an experienced attorney to help us build and grow our commercial litigation practice.

Qualifications

• An attorney should have a minimum of 3 years of litigation experience
• MD bar is required
• An existing book of business and/or referral partners is a plus!

Responsibilities

• The role will involve all phases of a busy business litigation practice
• Types of matters may include: business counseling, business strategy and consulting, discrimination, wage and hour, employment counseling, and general commercial litigation matters
• Additionally, responsibilities may include reviewing and drafting corporate documents including LLCs, buy-sell agreements, operating agreements, entity formations, partnership agreements, promissory notes, and employee stock plans
