**Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Catering Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional service and managing all aspects of catering operations.

**Responsibilities:**

- Oversee all catering events from planning to execution

- Manage inventory control and ordering of supplies

- Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures

- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process

- Coordinate with the culinary team to create menus tailored to client needs

- Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests

- Supervise and train catering staff on service standards

- Utilize POS systems, including Aloha POS, for order processing and tracking

**Skills:**

- Strong background in inventory control and management

- Proficient in cash handling procedures

- Previous experience in catering or hospitality industry preferred

- Knowledge of coffee service and preparation

- Ability to conduct interviews and lead a team effectively

- Familiarity with hotel catering operations is a plus

- Experience with team management and scheduling

- Proficiency in POS systems, specifically Aloha POS, for order processing

- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction

- Meet clients face to face on deliveries to form strong realtions

- Increase revenue
