- Customer Satisfaction.
- Cost, Quality, Delivery, Concerns/Conflicts
- New Business Inquiries.
- Quotes, Develop Process, Timing, Quality, Capacity
- Feasibility.
- Process & Design.
- Launch Projects.
- APQP, PPAP
- Establish and Maintain project open concerns matrix.
- Supplier and In-house Coordination and Follow-up.
- Research and Development/New Technology.
- Develop and maintain Engineering Specifications.
- Manufacturing Engineering VA/VE.
- Quality Concerns
- Training/Guidance involvement with level A & B Engineers.
- Adherence to launch methodology processes.
- Intra-organizational contact, lead department contact and outside customer contact.
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or a minimum of 6 years combined education/experience in skilled trades or relevant field (design, stamping, process, QA or assembly).
- A machine or tool background.
- Project management skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of GD&T and Dimensional Control strategies.
- Basic CAD experience.
