**Team Leader**

In the fast-casual environment of a food restaurant, theteam leader plays a crucial role in maintaining operational efficiency andensuring customer satisfaction. Below outlines the key responsibilities,skills, and qualifications necessary for the role of a team leader.

**Key Responsibilities: **

· Motivate team members to achieve performancetargets.

· Ensure that staff adhere to food safety andhygiene procedures.

· Provide training and support to new and existingstaff.

· Handle customer inquiries and complaints withprofessionalism.

· Key holder.

**Skills and Qualifications: **

· Must be at least 18 years of age.

· Excellent communication and customer serviceskills.

· Ability to work under pressure and handlemultiple tasks.

· Knowledge of food safety regulations andprocedures.

· Basic computer literacy and familiarity withpoint of sale systems.
