D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Closing Supervising Team Lead for their Financial Services Department. This position will support Closing Manager by monitoring pipeline for the Closing team.Responds to questions from the Closers and ensures policies and procedures are followed. Designated point of contact for the branches directly served. These duties will be in addition to closing mortgage loans as needed and providing a high level of customer service.

Directly supervises two or more employees.Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
