Our customer service & sales specialists serve as the first point of contact, and so become the face of TSR. These individuals therefore are required to ensure Texas Ski Ranch continues to have one of the most friendly, welcoming environments possible. We are looking for part-time team members that have a positive attitude, excellent "people skills", and high motivation who ultimately love (or fall in love with) TSR as much as all of our current team members. Customer relations & sales specialists are responsible for maintaining the atmosphere and appearance of our main lobby, directing phone calls, and helping customers who are purchasing passes and renting equipment for our activities, as well as up-selling all of our lessons, summer camps, and other programs we offer.

This is a position with high expectations and requires special attentiveness to detail, excellent communication & organization skills, as well as a desire for excellence.
