Job Summary: 👩⚕️ As a Social Worker (MSW), you responsibilities will include:
- Perform non-clinical, biopsychosocial assessments and interventions for inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Provide crisis intervention, patient/family support, high-risk screening, and referrals for financial assistance or other resource needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to identify and address patient needs and barriers to discharge and recovery.
