Position: Social Worker
Location: Kansas City, MO 64108
Class/Area: LSW
Length of Assignment: 13 weeks Contract with Possible extension or Temp to Perm
Hours per Week: 40
Shift and Time: Days; 0800-1630
Weekend Rotation: None
On-call Requirements: None
Holidays Requirements: yes, As needed.
Floating Requirements: may need to assist with rotation case assignments from other vacant services (generally 1-2 cases per day)
Experience Required: 2 years as an LSW/MSW; inpatient Med/Surg discharge planning.
Experience Preferred: Medical Social Work
License Required: MO LMSW- must be active prior to starting.
Certificates Required: AHA BLS.
Covid 19: must be fully vaccinated at time of submittal.
 
Note : Pay rate depends on experience ($40 hr. to $50 hr. on W2)
