Director Med Surg - Fredericksburg, VA

• Schedule: Full-time, No Weekends
• Salary: $110K - $176K plus bonus incentives based on experience
️ Experience: 3 years Director experience in an acute care setting (Med Surg Preferred)
• • Will consider Nurse Manager with min. 5 years in an acute care setting
• Licensure: RN License or active compact license required
• Patient Ratio: 6:1

Job Summary:

• Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple sites or functional areas.
• Foster accountability, transparency, and a culture of excellence.
• Lead in achieving superior patient experience and employee engagement.
• Collaborate with administrative team and physicians for service enhancements.

Responsibilities:

• ️ Implement evidence-based practices for patient safety and quality outcomes.
• Manage clinical practice variation for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor benchmarks, accreditations, and patient satisfaction metrics.

Position Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
• Experience: 3 years Director experience in acute care (Med Surg Preferred) or 5 years Nurse Manager experience.
• Licensure: RN License or active compact license.
