Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced RN to fill the position of Alternate Director of Nursing for our home infusion home health agency in Dallas, Texas. The Alternate Director of Nursing will act as a liaison between the Director of Nursing and the nursing staff, and will be responsible for providing oversight and direction to the nursing team. This position is critical to the agency's ability to provide quality care to our patients and meet regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
-Provide oversight and direction to the nursing staff
-Act as a liaison between the Director of Nursing and the nursing staff
-Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
-Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure quality patient care
-Supervise and mentor nursing staff
-Provide education and training to nursing staff on new policies, procedures and updates
-Conduct regular audits and quality control assessments
-Participate in development of nursing budgets
-Participate in recruitment and selection of nursing staff
Qualifications:

• RN license
• 3 years of experience as a nurse in a home health setting
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations for home health agencies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
