Job Summary:
We are a window covering manufacturer and distributor seeking 2 highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representatives to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, closing the sale on house leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Duties:
- Identify and target potential customers in the assigned market
- Conduct market research to analyze customer needs and preferences
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Present product demonstrations and provide technical expertise to customers
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in window covering sales
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft products and QuickBooks is a plus
- Experience in business development is a plus
We offer competitive compensation, paid expenses plus commission with no cap, as well as benefits such as healthcare and dental coverage.
