Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced and motivated Residential Water Treatment Specialists to join our team as Outside Sales Representatives. As a Residential Water Treatment Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting door-to-door sales in the Richmond, Katy, or Cypress areas, promoting and selling our superior water filtration systems for homes. This role requires strong sales skills, experience in conducting product demonstrations, and the ability to effectively communicate the benefits of our products to potential customers.

Duties:

• Conduct door-to-door sales in residential neighborhoods to promote and sell our water filtration systems.
• Schedule and conduct product demonstrations for potential customers.
• Educate customers on the features and benefits of our water filtration systems.
• Close sales and achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Use the Sales Rabbit app to track leads, schedule appointments, and manage sales activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns.
• Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and strategies for success.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in door-to-door sales, preferably in the residential water treatment industry.
• Experience conducting product demonstrations and promoting business solutions.
• Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Reliable transportation (car) and a valid driver's license.
• Familiarity with the Sales Rabbit app preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Must be based in Richmond, Katy, or Cypress, TX.

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
